For mediators and settlement professionals

See what the evidence settles.

We organize the parties' records into one sourced brief: what the records settle, what's still disputed, and what's left before an agreement is signed and carried out.

Retained jointly or through the mediator, every party gets the same brief. Retained by one side, every page says so. Either way, we report findings that don't help whoever pays.

Who we work for on a mediation.

  • Retained jointly, by both parties or through the mediator: every party receives the same brief at the same time.
  • Retained by one party's counsel: the brief says who it was prepared for on every page, and every point cites a record the other side can check.
  • Either way: we run a conflict check before we look at anything, and we report findings whether or not they help whoever pays.
  • What we don't do: act as the mediator, give legal advice, or predict who would win.

What the records settle

Each disputed point, what each side says, what the records show, and a label for how well the records support it.

One combined timeline

Both sides' events on one line, each tied to its source record.

Claimed vs documented amounts

Each amount checked against the records you provide, with anything unreconciled listed.

Terms and performance

After the handshake.

Where a term leaves a record (a payment landing, goods returned, access removed), we check the records provided and document what was and wasn't done. We don't enforce anything; that stays with the parties, counsel and the court.

We can show what the records we're given contain. We can't prove something doesn't exist somewhere we weren't given.

Scoped to your session date.

You get a written scope and an estimate range before any work, built around your session or deadline date. Third-party costs are itemized and passed through at actual cost. Our fee never depends on the outcome.

Questions mediators and counsel ask.

Are you neutral?

We're independent and accountable to the evidence, and we say plainly who retained us. When one side retains us, the brief says so; we don't call that neutral.

Do you act as the mediator?

No. We organize and check the evidence. The mediator runs the process.

Do you predict who would win?

No. We label how well the records support each point. We don't put odds on outcomes.

Can you enforce the agreement?

No. We can document whether records show a term was carried out. Enforcement stays with the parties, counsel and the court.

Who sees the brief?

The people named in the written scope. When we're retained jointly, every party sees the same brief.
